ZurichJS Conf Platform

Built the full ZurichJS Conf platform from scratch, covering the public website, speaker lineup, workshop catalogue, sponsorship pages, ticketing flows, discount campaigns, and attendee-facing event journeys. The platform supported a 300 to 500 person international JavaScript conference, processed multi-five figures in ticket and workshop transactions, handled several tens of thousands of users in traffic, and supported a CFP process with 400+ submissions. It was designed as a production product, maintainable architecture, analytics visibility, SEO, and fast content iteration across a live event lifecycle.
